decent stay, some issues

the staff was helpful (which i always appreciate).
The room was small, which i found annoying. there wasn't any coffee available in the room, which i really wanted first thing in the morning. also, the room service only made the bed, emptied the trash, and wiped surfaces quickly. They didn't change towels or clean cups.

the location is good, not too far from the shopping street and gojo station. they have umbrellas for borrow in case it's raining outside.
my room smelled terribly of cigarettes during the first night. it smelled like people were smoking there. it was right next to the smoking room, hard to sleep. thankfully, they moved me to a new room for the second night, but the initial experience was unpleasant.

The hotel's design immediately caught my eye. A beautiful aesthetic continues throughout the building. The staff were very good. The lobby offered fun activities! There were even nights arranged by the staff.
I felt the room size was somewhat small, particularly given the overall standard of the accommodation. While perfectly functional, a bit more space would have REALLY enhanced the experience.

The location was quite convenient. It was an easy walk to the subways. the staff were really helpful and courteous. i secure hotel at this hotel.
The facilities seemed a bit disappointing. there wasn't a real lobby or lounge area. I wished there was a spot to relax after sightseeing. also, the shower felt small. it was awkward to get into.

This hotel was the best i stayed at during my time. the location was prime and easy to walk to any area. the room was spacious and clean (and had great lighting). the staff were super friendly and helpful. They assisted with getting my luggage transferred.
this made the room quite claustrophobic (i wish i had noticed sooner).

The room was more spacious than average and included a modern climate control system with precise temperature settings. The shower had excellent pressure. the decor was minimalist, clean, and well kept, with ample storage. the bed provided really good support.
